Ash & Salt is a refined local restaurant in Penrith, built around woodfire cooking and seasonal ingredients. The menu is designed to be simple, elevated, and confident—paired with warm service and an intimate dining room.

Chef Adrian Park — Executive Chef

Chef Adrian has over 12 years of experience in modern Australian kitchens, previously working in several fine dining restaurants across Sydney. With a background in woodfire cooking and seasonal menu development, he brings refined technique and a strong respect for quality local produce to Ash & Salt.
